Mr. Osborne passed away on Monday, April 14, 2014, at his home in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was 41 years old.
Todd was born to Joe W. and Betty (Nance) Osborne on May 25, 1972 in Lawton, Oklahoma. He attended Wilson Elementary, Tomlinson Junior High, and graduated from Elgin High School in 1990. His working career started with Maxey Crouch at Wilson Wholesale. He relocated to the Dallas area and worked for the AT&T Capital Corporation. Todd worked for Wells Fargo as a property manager for many years while also obtaining his real estate license. After receiving his license, Todd owned and operated Garrett Properties in the Ft. Worth area and eventually had several business ventures under his Garrett Collections, LLC. in the Stockyards. Todd’s greatest enjoyment was his family and entertaining his friends. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed all of God’s creations. Todd was so blessed to have recently spent 6 weeks in Cabo and Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Because of his personality, Todd acquired lifelong friends and never met a stranger and was often teased about running for office. He could put a smile on a little ole lady’s face just by telling her she looked so nice.
Todd is survived by his father, Joe Osborne, of Ft. Worth, TX; his mother, Betty Osborne, of Fletcher; 2 brothers: Darren Osborne and his wife Sandie, of Batavia, OH and their 2 sons, David and Dustin and Toby Osborne, of Lawton and his 2 children, Brandon and Brittni; 1 sister in law, Teresia Osborne, of Lawton; lifelong friend, Todd Whatley; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Todd was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Jim and Violet Nance; his paternal grandparents: Joseph and Autherine Osborne; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
